Weekly Update 17/11/2025

What a chilly week ahead! 🥶

The rain has been great for the environment and farm the last few days.

The seasons are truly wonderful on the farm and I appreciate each one!

🌸Spring is such an optimistic time of year for a fresh start.

☀️Summer is so productive and exciting,

🍂Autumn I breathe as things slow down and we get to see the reward for all the hard work. ❄️Winter is calm and quiet, ready to start all over again!

what's in the bags this week?

We are harvesting the last of the peppers and tomatoes in the morning.  I am already looking forward to planting them again in April!

We also have some fantastic green cauliflower and delicious squash too.

With squash just bake the squash whole in the oven first to soften it. This will save so much time and energy. 

We also have some lovely red pak choi this week ready for stir frys/ quick cooking dishes.
