How do I place an order for a regular delivery?

If you'd like to be added to our delivery route, it's super simple. Just email goodnessgrowinguk@gmail.com with your address, contact number and the fruit and veg order you'd like to recieve. We'll be in touch ASAP to get you all set up.

Can I pause my deliveries?

Accepted Answer

You certainly can. If you're going on holiday, will be away for a while or simply want to pause your deliveries for a while, just let us know. As long as we have a week's  notice (Friday, at the latest), we can hold your deliveries for you until you want to restart them.

Question 3

Can I substitute items in my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can swap out up to 2 items per order. Simply give us a call, or email, 48 hours before your delivery and we'll replace the items with your chosen alternatives.

Can I order a one-off bag to try it out?

Accepted Answer

You can indeed! If you'd like to test out our tasty veg, get in touch and we can arrange a one-off order for you to try. If you love it (and we think you will!) we can set you up as a regular customer.

WIll I be locked into a contract?

Nope! You can cancel your deliveries at any time.

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver within a 10 mile radius of Goodness Farm in Strensall. Our delivery rounds cover Strensall, Easingwold, Sheriff Hutton, Terrington, Welburn, Flaxton, Bulmer, Huby, Alne, Tillerton, Shipton by Beningbrough, Sutton on the Forest and neighbouring villages.

What days are deliveries?

We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
 
Tuesday deliveries cover the areas above, Wednesday and Thursday cover all areas of York.
